DESCRIPTION

We are truly honoured to have had this 1951 Ford Anglia here at Quantock Classics which was brought to us for corrosion on both sides of the roof. We then painted the areas of repair, machine polished and fitted a new 2mm white pin stripe to each side of the vehicle. The car has a lovely history and was purchased by the current owner and his brother in 1997 as a retirement present for their father John York. The car was fully restored by John in 2005 and has brought back many happy memories of when they first had one as their family car in the 1960s. John sadly passed away in 2017 but the car still holds his memory and is cherished by his sons and grandsons who enjoy taking "Gramps Anglia" to shows and events.
